The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2018 will see the leading developers, projects, real estate agents and companies that contribute to real estate in the country honoured at an exclusive ceremony in Manila on 25 October.

More than 10 winners from Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao City were presented with The Dot Property Philippines Awards in 2017. This year will see the awards expanded to include not only an event, but also the awarding of the Philippines’ Best Developer as voted on by the general public. This is one of the only real estate awards in the country to be voted on by the public and the winner won’t be revealed until the big event.

A look back at 2017

Organized by Dot Property Philippines, the country’s fastest growing property portal, the inaugural Dot Property Philippines Awards aimed to find the best Filipino projects and developers last year.

Robinsons Land Corporation received the award for Best Developer Philippines, the highest honor at The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2017. The renowned developer was rewarded for its commitment to building residential projects that meet the dreams of homebuyers in the country.

On the island of Cebu, Citrineland was named Best Developer Cebu at The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2017. Citrineland’s projects in Cebu are built with sustainable techniques that do not compromise quality of life. Additionally, the firm’s developments respect the environment while remaining affordable. The Awards recognized these desirable qualities.

“Winning Best Developer in Cebu by Dot Property Philippines confirms that our advocacies are very much aligned with that of the discerning customers,” Crystal Chloe Ong-Chua, Citrineland’s internal VP for Sales and Marketing, explained. “It means we are doing the right thing and it inspires us to build more and build better so more Cebuanos would be able to enjoy the perks of having homes of good quality at affordable price points.”
