What you need to know about unlimited listings
Uploading
Clients using XML won’t need to do anything. As long as Proppit has an up to date XML feed from your side, the free listings are posted automatically. Clients manually uploading properties will need to select which properties they wish to be included in their paid package. All others will then be published as free listings.
Free listings
Regardless of if you’re using an XML feed or manually upload, free listings that fall outside of your current plan will now be published on all the websites across our network except for www.Thailand-Property.com. These listings have lower visibility and exposure than ones in your paid listings package.
These listings can be managed like those under your subscription plan. Additionally, all inquiries will continue to appear on your dashboard.
