The Dot Property Southeast Asia’s Best of the Best Awards 2017 officially announced the winners with several Filipino developers among those to be honoured. Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. and Filinvest were bestowed with two awards each leading the charge for the country. Firms the Philippines took home the second most honours this year.
Organised by Dot Property, the region’s fastest growing property portal, the second annual Dot Property Southeast Asia’s Best of the Best Awards recognises the absolute best projects, developers and companies that contribute to real estate.
Anchor Land was selected for being the leading Emerging Market Developer while its Anchor Land Corporate Center took home the award for Sustainable Development. 8990 Holdings Inc. garnered the award for being the best Community Developer in Southeast Asia.
A pair of Filinvest developments, Fortune Hill and 100 West, took home honours this year. North Dasma Garden Villas by DDC Land, Inc. was named as the top Landed Development in the region.

Winners were selected by Dot Property and the regionally focused Dot Property Magazine who evaluated the candidates based on a number of factors created specifically for each category. More than 20 developers and projects from Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia were honoured this year.
