Pretty Woman lead Richard Gere chops off a whopping $11 million on the price of his precious Hamptons property, Strongheart Manor. The actor first listed the house on the summer of 2013, right before his publicized divorce with Carey Lowell. The grand manor’s original price was $65 million but it received its first cut off a year later, reducing its price to $56 million. After the chop off, Gere’s property now only costs $36.5 million.
The 6.3 acres Strongheart Manor is truly impressive with its 12 bedroom and 12 bathrooms feature.
The property has a magnificent 60-foot swimming pool where owners and visitors can surely enjoy an afternoon of sunbathing and swimming. It also has an outdoor basketball court.
In front of Gere’s property is the view of the scenic Peconic Bay. Enjoy leisure strolls at the gargantuan lawns and gardens.
Its agent, Susan Breitenbach is sure that the house will find a new owner soon since it still has “…got a lot of charm.”
