The project, which is being managed by Dusit International’s respected Dusit Princess brand, was named as Best Hotel Development Cebu at The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2017.
Grand Land Vice President, Khristina Pestaño, accepted the firm’s award from Dot Property Philippines Senior Business Development Manager Aprilynn Pascual and Dot Property Magazine Editor in Chief Cheyenne Hollis. She also explained what it meant for the firm to win the award.
“We were speechless when we found out that we won the Best Hotel Development Cebu award,” Pestaño recalls. “We’ve been working so hard and this validates our efforts as well as our investors’ decision. Even though we are a relatively young company, one of the youngest, this award shows we are doing something right.”
The Grand Tower has proven to be a hit with investors and the project is already sold out. The condotel development is one of only a few in all of Cebu, which currently has a shortage of branded hotels. The project also has a unique investment scheme that ensures all investors are guaranteed profit.
“Investors are genuinely excited by The Grand Tower project and it will be a great addition to Cebu once it’s completed,” Hollis stated. “We’re proud to name The Grand Tower as Best Hotel Development Cebu. The excellent design, the exciting investment scheme and the fantastic location are just a few of the reasons it has been awarded with this honor.”
