While Robinsons Land Corporation is best known for its retail developments, the firm’s residential efforts continue to earn rave reviews. The developer now has another accolade to add to its growing trophy case after collecting Best Developer Philippines at The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2017.
Robinsons Land President, Fredrick D. Go, recently accepted the award from Dot Property Philippines Country Manager Tanya Yu and Dot Property Magazine Editor in Chief Cheyenne Hollis. He also took some time to share his thoughts on what winning the award meant for his firm.
“We don’t go out searching for awards, so when we are honoured, it is very gratifying,” Go said. “It means others have recognised our efforts and that has much more meaning. We are always very appreciative when we win an award.”
The developer has four unique brands with each one catering to a different segment as it looks to build housing for all Filipinos. Among its most notable upcoming projects is The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place that has been selected to be the first Westin-branded residential project in Southeast Asia.
“The commitment and passion Robinsons Land brings to all of their projects is very admirable and separates them from the competition. Whether it is a high-end condominium from Robinsons Luxuria or an affordable housing project by Robinsons Communities, buyers can be confident they are getting the best,” Hollis explained. “At the end of the day, Robinsons Land’s body of work speaks for itself and they have truly earned the Best Developer Award at The Dot Property Philippines Awards 2017.”
