Ortigas Land has been working on Greenhills Center, Capitol Commons, Circulo Verde, and Ortigas East, four of Metro Manila’s largest developments. These expansive estates require detailed planning that looks at the past, present and future to create places able to withstand the test of time.

Capitol Commons, a 10-hectare mixed-use development located on Meralco Ave. in Metro Manila’s famous Ortigas Center, is arguable the most notable project under construction. The complex is stunning and has set a new standard of living in the area.
It features comprehensive master planning with beautiful architecture that blends strong and meaningful elements of Filipino culture. This has been carefully placed into the development’s shopping, working and living spaces.
Last year saw Ortigas Land launch Empress at Capitol Commons, a 56-storey condominium that combines modern conveniences with lush green spaces to promote greater health and wellness. Additionally, the project will be managed by the developer’s in-house property management team.
