CONNECT Pampanga 2026 Puts Pampanga’s Real Estate Opportunities in the Spotlight

Pampanga’s real estate community came together on October 8 at the Grand Ballroom of Clark Marriott Hotel for CONNECT Pampanga 2026. The afternoon brought brokers developers, property professionals and industry leaders into one room for conversations that went beyond projects and property listings.

Organized by Dot Property and Lamudi Philippines, the event carried the theme “Central Luzon’s Next Growth Chapter: Opportunities Shaping the Region’s Real Estate Future.” It was a timely conversation for a market that continues to attract development investment businesses and homebuyers.

What made the afternoon stand out was the mix of people in the room. Brokers came looking for a better understanding of where the market was heading and what their clients could be looking for next. Developers had the chance to meet brokers who are on the ground every day talking to buyers and investors. Between the sessions those conversations continued over coffee and around the partner booths.

Ms. Tanya Yu, Country Manager of Dot Property and Lamudi Philippines, opened the event and welcomed the real estate community to CONNECT Pampanga 2026. The program then brought together several voices from across the industry including Mr. Joey Roi Bondoc Director and Head of Research at Colliers Philippines.

Aboitiz Land, BPI, and RLC Residences also took part in the program and gave the broker community an opportunity to learn more about their businesses and the opportunities available to real estate professionals. For brokers these sessions offered a chance to hear directly from companies they could work with while getting a closer look at what was happening across the market.

The afternoon also featured Engr. James Dexter Grageda and Ms. Pamela Imperial Editor of PhilSTAR Property. Their different areas of experience added another layer to the discussion and helped connect the larger market story with the way people choose where to live, invest and build their businesses.

One of the afternoon’s main highlights was the Real Estate Leaders Panel Talk which brought together Mr. Joey Roi Bondoc, Engr. James Dexter Grageda, Ms. Pamela Imperial, Mr. JM Figurasin of AboitizLand and Mr. Norman Henson of RLC Residences.

The panel focused on the opportunities taking shape in Pampanga and what they could mean for the people working in the property industry. The discussion touched on buyer behavior, residential demand for land and location and the changes brokers need to keep an eye on as the region develops.

For the brokers in the room the conversation was particularly relevant because it went beyond asking what is selling today. It looked at how they can better understand the areas they are selling in and how they can guide clients who are making decisions in a changing market.

The audience also became part of the conversation during the Q&A. Questions from brokers brought the discussion closer to the situations they encounter every day when helping clients assess properties and decide where to invest.

CONNECT Pampanga 2026 also showed that some of the most useful conversations in real estate do not always happen on stage. During the networking session brokers developers and industry partners had time to meet face to face exchange contacts, talk about projects and explore ways they could work together.

Lamudi Pro added another practical side to the afternoon by showing how digital tools can help brokers reach property seekers, manage leads and stay visible in an increasingly online property market.

By bringing all these conversations together CONNECT Pampanga 2026 gave the real estate community something that can be difficult to find in the usual pace of business: time to listen to the market and time to talk to the people shaping it.

That was perhaps the biggest value of the gathering. A broker could walk into the room looking for market insights and leave with a new contact. A developer could come to present a project and leave with a better understanding of what brokers are hearing from their clients. An industry professional could simply come to listen and find a conversation that leads to something more.

Dot Property and Lamudi Philippines extend their appreciation to everyone who made CONNECT Pampanga 2026 possible. Special thanks go to Colliers Philippines as event partner and to media partners PhilSTAR Media Group including The Philippine STAR Property Report and BusinessWorld.

The organizers also thank major event partners AboitizLand Inc. and RLC Residences together with Vista Residences, Primeworld Land Holdings Inc., Asialink Finance Corporation, Raemulan Land, Hausland Holdings Inc., Filigree, BPI and TapMe.ph.

A sincere thank you also goes to all the speakers and panelists who shared their time and experience and to the brokers developers and real estate professionals who brought their questions, ideas and energy into the room.

As the afternoon came to a close one thing was clear. Pampanga’s real estate story is still unfolding and there is plenty more to talk about.

The next opportunities will not only come from new developments. They will also come from the relationships built around them and from people who take the time to understand where the market is going.

That is where CONNECT hopes to meet the industry again. In the same room. Around the same table. With new conversations waiting to happen.

Thank you to everyone who connected with us in Pampanga.

Until the next city. The next conversation. And the next opportunity.

See you at CONNECT 2027.
