The winners for the inaugural Dot Property Philippines Awards presented by LeadingRE are set to be announced in March, but it’s not too late to join the country’s most exciting property awards. Established by Dot Property Philippines, the country’s largest online property portal, the awards are an extension of last year’s successful Dot Property Awards which focused on the “Best of the Best” in Southeast Asian real estate.
This year will be bigger and better with more than 50 awards up for grabs. The Dot Property Philippines Awards will honour developers, developments, innovation, design and much more while focusing on the entire country including Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao City.

Last year’s winners impressed the region
A number of the Philippines’ most prestigious projects were honoured last year including Horizons 101 on the Philippine island of Cebu. The project, which is developed by Taft Property Venture Development Corp., will be the tallest project outside of Manila when it is completed.
Another big winner in 2016 was Crown Asia who was honoured for its Valenza Mansions project in the booming city of Sta. Rosa, Laguna. The development’s hallmark is its low-density homes with units that are more spacious. This allows homeowners and investors to enjoy affordable luxury at its finest.
