What’s better than winning one Dot Property Philippines Award? Winning two, of course. And Cebu developer Grand Land has done just that. Amani Grand Mactan was named Best Mid-Range Condominium while Grand Residences Cebu was honored as Best Investment Condominium.

“Grand Land developments share some key characteristics. For example, each one is close to a main road as well as public transportation, schools and other lifestyle hubs. Not only does this make life easier for residents, but ensures price appreciation in the future,” Ryan Bernard Go, Grand Land President, says.

The best locations are only part of the company’s equation for success. Grand Land also utilizes its local knowledge to ensure developments have the right blend of residential spaces, retail areas, amenities and more.

“We look at what the market needs and where the demand is at, not just today, but in the future as well. Our as a boutique developer size allows to be agile and quickly adjust to what the market needs. This is something that has allowed us to find our niche in the market,” Go states.

This is evident at Grand Residences, the developer’s flagship project. It will have a mix of condominiums, serviced apartments and hotel units spread out across one of central Cebu’s largest land plots. This allows for the integration of beautiful green spaces, high-quality amenities and retail areas that offer a convenient living experience.

“There’s nothing quite like Grand Residences. Both domestic and international investors have been eager to secure a unit in the development,” Go points out.

Amani Grand Mactan takes advantage of a popular location while offering property buyers great value for money. Investors are able to benefit from Cebu’s impressive tourism growth and demand for units on Mactan Island.

“Mactan is a great weekend spot. It’s a short flight from many cities in Japan and South Korea as well as Hong Kong. The airport is right there and the beaches are 20-minutes away. And Cebu is easily accessible too,” Go notes.

These two awards are simply the latest in a long line of accolades for Grand Land over the past few years. The company continues to develop special projects that showcase both its local market knowledge and impressive land bank.

“We are still quite young, but winning shows how far we have come in this short time. We are very honored to win two awards and it proves we are on the right track. It shows the public that local developers can create developments that have the same quality and standards as the big guys,” Go proclaims.

And for those wanting to know more about the region, Go has a simple message, “Cebu is a place you have to visit and see for yourself. The beaches and nature are hidden gems. Additionally, there are lots of opportunities here with infrastructure projects continuing.”
