best Metro Manila Thanksgiving restaurants

Looking for the best Metro Manila Thanksgiving restaurants? Believe it or not, there are many choices available. From 5-star hotel buffets to exclusive eateries and a local favorite, you are sure to find something that suits your tastes on turkey day.

Expats, Filipino-American families and those who have worked in the states are among those who enjoy dining out on 22 November.  Of course, you don’t need to have spent time in America to partake in these delicious dishes. Here are four of our favorite Thanksgiving feasts in the capital region.

Best Metro Manila Thanksgiving restaurants

1) Myron’s at Ascott Makati

Myron’s at Ascott Makati has set the standard for Thanksgiving dinners in Metro Manila. The impressive buffet spread has all of your holiday favorites including turkey, stuffing, yams and, of course, pumpkin pie. The restaurant also offers a few non-traditional choices such as slow-roasted beef to ensure those who aren’t so fond of turkey still have a nice meal. The Makati location also makes it easy to get to after work since Thanksgiving is on a Thursday.

2) Damaso Residencia by Chef Bambi Sy Gobio

The most exclusive Thanksgiving dinner can be found at Damaso Residencia by Chef Bambi Sy Gobio. The famed chef cooks up her renowned roasted turkey with chorizo stuffing as well as other holiday treats like pumpkin pie. And the dinner takes place inside a stunning private residence that can be found along Ortigas Avenue in Greenhills.

And while the food is delightful, that is not what makes the experience an exclusive event. The Thanksgiving feast is available by reservation only to small groups of 12 or more people. This makes it ideal for those wanting to celebrate in an intimate setting with friends and family.

3) The Original Savory

The Original Savory is obviously known for its chicken, but it’s not the only bird served up at this popular eatery. Turkey can also be ordered upon request and it comes with stuffing as well as the popular Original Savory gravy. The company claims its turkey is crispy on the outside, juicy and full of flavor, but we will leave that for you to decide. Please note, turkey isn’t available at all The Original Savory locations.
