My place with it's own balcony facing Taal Lake at SMDC WIND RESIDENCES Tagaytay is a good spot to enjoy the breathtaking view of Taal Lake with a cup of coffee might be the place for you. Close to Gerry's grill, Giligans, Robinson's supermarket, Primark, Mcdonalds, Skyranch & Casino. Almost everything you need during your stay is just walking distance. Perfect place to have fun & relax. We seldom use this condo as we live in Australia and usually used the condo every 2 or 3 years when we go home for vacation, unit is regularly cleaned as my ibrother in law & n laws just 5 minutes away in Tagaytay.

The space
It's a 34.98 sqm condominium unit with balcony located on the 6th floor of the building tower 3 with a stunning view of Taal Lake. This is a fully furnished air-conditioned unit/ The place has been designed & decorated personally with a heart for your comfort and convenience. Close to almost everything you need during your stay is just walking distance; convenience store(7/11), BDO bank atm , restaurants, Ace Hardware, groceries, nail salon, courier, laundry shop etc.

Getting around
It's a few minutes walk to Robinson's Supermarket, Primark, Mcdonalds, Josephine's restaurant, Gerry's grill , Starbucks and just about 3 mins drive to Skyranch & Casino. Public transport are available just in front of wind residences waiting shed.
