The owners, CRB Virginio Cugtas II passed the May 2009 Nationwide Real Estate Broker’s Licensure Examination, the 2014 Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Examination and the 2019 Real Estate Consultant and Environmental Planner Licensure Examination. He graduated from Philippine Christian University where he later served as the Basketball Coach of The PCU Dolphins for the NCAA. His natural leadership has brought his team to great heights of success. CRB Roshiel Cugtas has passed the October 2008 Nationwide Real Estate Broker’s Licensure Exam. She holds a degree in B.S. Accountancy from Angeles University Foundation. She was previously employed in the Project Department of Coca-cola Bottlers, Phils. Incorporated as a Budget and Expense Controller. Her selling career is not only limited to Real Estate. She is also a Licensed Insurance Underwriter of Sunlife of Canada, Philippines. Their vast real estate experience represent a wide variety of knowledge and expertise regardless of transaction including but not limited: to real estate sales, mortgage, transfer and registration of title, real estate financing, real estate appraisal and building & construction, Consultancy.
