The PAREB Cebu Real Estate Board, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit, and non-political professional organization duly registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Cebu City. Its membership is composed of licensed real estate brokers, licensed real estate appraisers and licensed real estate consultants.
The organization was first organized in February 20, 1960 which was then called Cebu Realty Board by Alfredo A. Buot, Sr. The name was later on changed to Cebu Realtors Board abbreviated as CEREB.
In March 31, 1960 the incorporation papers of CEREB was approved. It was one of the founding member boards of the Philippine Association of Realtors Board (PAREB) which was organized in May 15, 1960. Its official registered name was then changed to PAREB – Cebu Real Estate Board, Inc.
To date it has more 300 regular members and 67 Lifetime PAREB members.
