Bion Henrik A. Priolo, or call me Bion. I graduated from the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship. He passed the PRC Real Estate Broker Licensure Exam (March 2014) and the PRC Real Estate Appraiser Licensure Exam (July 2014) at the young age of 21. Mr. Priolo also passed the PRC Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam (March 2022). Mr. Priolo also studied the Executive Program in Real Estate Management at De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde. He is now a Juris Doctor (J.D.) graduate at the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law and passed the 2020/21 Bar Examinations.
He was a former Junior Associate at Dacanay and Magracia Law Office, a law firm with expertise in Maritime Law and Shipping. Mr. Priolo handled special projects, land registration, corporate, and labor cases. At present, he is the Legal Manager and Head of Marketing of YSK Project Developers, Inc., a start-up real estate developer based in the City of Malolos, Bulacan.
