Named after one of the Earth’s rarest and most valuable elements, The Palladium is the fifth residential tower to rise in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park. Poised to be the tallest residential condominium in Western Visayas, The Palladium will be the first-of-its-kind to feature multi-level skygardens in the region.Standing 22-storeys high, The Palladium will be a stylish urban oasis that will serve the discerning taste of Ilonggos. A total of 482 units ranging from studio, executive studio, one-bedroom to two-bedrooms will be available at The Palladium which will be divided into North Wing and South Wing.
