Family reunions during the holiday season is vital in every Filipino family. It’s a good way to catch up with your cousins, eat your Aunt’s famous adobo, and exchange gifts.

Family tree centerpiece
Update or remind everyone of your lineage by creating a mini family tree for the centerpiece. Use colorful cartons, papers, crayons, and photos of your family to illustrate on how your family grow over the years. Everyone will have tons of fun spotting who married who and whose son is who while eating dinner.
Polaroid booth
Instead of the usual photo booth, take things to the next leve. Create a board filled with names of every family member and put a Polaroid camera beside it. Let your guests fill up the board with their photos taken during the party! Ask everyone to put their photo on their name to complete the family.
Family food nostalgia
Every family has their own secret recipe, and we’re sure that yours have one too! For the food section, cook up the family’s known recipes and include the how-to preparation on the side. Include the photo of the person who created the recipe for the ultimate throwback feels.

It’s hard to control the kids during any family reunion. Let them have their own fun without interfering with the adults by putting a kids section. Fill the kids section with toys, games, and art tools so that the kids will bond and have tons of fun together.

A Filipino party is not complete without the karaoke. What else will our Titos and Titas will do during the whole party? Create a mini stage with the famous jukebox or your trusty Magic Sing so that our relatives will have a blast singing their lungs out. Just stop the jamming before the peak of the night to avoid annoying our beloved neighbors.
