Any broker, developer, and landlord are not allowed to refuse to sell or to rent a potential homebuyer. They also shouldn’t set different terms or conditions based on any of the mentioned coverage in the law. They also shouldn’t deny anyone access to basic membership or facility. The seller or landlord shouldn’t deny access to home loan or mortgage loan.

For people with disabilities, sellers and buyers are not allowed to refuse any reasonable modifications in the dwelling that may help the person with disability. For example, the renter needs a therapy pet for his depression. The landlord is not allowed to stop the renter from bringing in his pet.
