Monthly Maintenance Fee

Php 7.00 (Covered Area + Open Space x Php5.00 Maintenance Fee)

ASSOC DUES

(Ground Floor + Open Space x Php1.00 Association Dues)

Escalation

7.5% per annum

Mode of Payment

Upon signing of Lease Contract, the Lessee shall issue

twelve (12) post-dated checks each dated on the 5th day

of each calendar month representing the consolidated

monthly rentals for the first (1st) year of the lease term,

and thereafter, shall issue postdated checks at the

beginning of each contract year.

Advance Rent

Lessee shall pay Advance rent equivalent to three (3)

months’ rent, inclusive of EVAT, if applicable, to be

applied on the last three months’ of the lease term;

payable upon signing of the lease contract

Security Deposit

Equivalent to three (3) months’ rent, based on the last

three months’ of the lease term; payable upon signing

of the Lease Contract

Reservation Deposit

Equivalent to one (1) month’s rent exclusive of EVAT;

payable upon signing of this Lease Offer and shall

form part of the Security Deposit when a Lease

Contract is signed. This deposit shall not be considered

as rent payment.
