Security Deposit
Equivalent to three (3) months’ rent, based on the last
three months’ of the lease term; payable upon signing

Reservation Deposit
Equivalent to one (1) month’s rent exclusive of EVAT;
payable upon signing of this Lease Offer and shall
form part of the Security Deposit when a Lease
Contract is signed. This deposit shall not be considered
as rent payment.
