- Restaurant : Two level building, ground floor and basement. The upper ground level serves as the restaurant with a maximum indoor dining capacity of 24 seated guests. It includes an office space, two spacious washrooms/toilets, a stock room, a large kitchen and outside dining/lounging area. Spacious basement area can be used for scuba dive or free dive operations etc. Total Area of the Restaurant and the Basement Floor, 450 sq./m.


- Four cottages : Each cottage with two individual rooms. Rooms are 44 sq./m. including outdoor veranda and inside garden. Each room is uniquely decorated and fitted with a Panasonic split type air-conditioning unit and luxurious bathroom.
