Tayabas Bay is on the East of the property with a combined beach frontage of 145.25 meters. An Iglesia ni Kristo church is occupying the adjoining property to the South. Punta Aguila Resort and Hotel is located to the West across the unsealed road. The Subukin Port is located on the North. Electricity is available and provided by Batangas II Electric Cooperative Inc. (BATELEC II). There is a deep well on the property (pump removed). The titled property is classified as a non-tenanted agricultural land. It used to be planted with rice by a previous owner. The Subukin beaches harboured fishermen of the area before it was transformed into a multi-purpose modern pier. The port is poised to be upgraded by the Philippine Ports Authority.
