We sell our fully titled island at 340,000,000 PHP or 6,000,000 USD negotiable. This is a rush sale. In case of fast deal, we can accept to give a discount.
The island is titled at the name of members of the George family (except the salvage area that has only a tax decl and a DENR certification). There is no adverse claim against it. All the real estate taxes are paid regularly.

The two islands are located in Isugod, Quezon, Palawan. They are connected by a sand bar at low tide. The islands huge area (8.3 and 19.4 hectares) are big enough to host 1 or 2 resorts.
Double island is at 123 km by road from Puerto Princesa City center through Berong and Napsan (along the West Philippine sea) thru a fully cemented highway. The island is at only 3 km of the Palawan mainland.

The area is protected as 3 fishes and a turtles sanctuaries exist already. Double Island, has been the host of a beauty contest and/or advertisement promoting the municipality of Quezon.
