Brief Summary:

This Project is designed and constructed by Arch. Monic Villanca in
accordance with the “Modern Asian” design specially made for the beach.
The projects turn over will be on September 2023, fully furnished with all the furniture and fixtures, including bed sheets and pillows. It will be ready to operate.


Property Location:
The property is located in a fresh stretch of beach front located in
Danacbunga, Botolan, Zambales.

Legal Status of the Property:

The property is privately owned, titled and is being open for sale before its
construction is fully completed and registered for the benefit of the would be
buyer for them to efficiently purchase the said property.

Buying Process:

The buying is through submission of bidding offers or offer to purchase which
will be submitted through the email provided. The starting offer to bid will be
Php 400,000,000.00 net of all taxes. The submission of offer to bid will start
on MARCH 1, 2023 and will end on APRIL 1, 2023

The winning bidder shall be given 1 week to make a deposit of Php
2,000,000.00 which is part of the purchase price but is non-refundable.
He/She will be provided 30 days in which to conduct appropriate due
diligence on the property and the finalization of the details of the Deed of
Absolute Sale.
The process of actual payment will depend on the circumstances of the buyer
and we are willing to negotiate for the convenience of the buyer.

The Project Perspective is herein provided for your perusal and
consideration. It has 3 Buildings with pool facing the sea that has 3 floors,
which can accommodate up to 30 persons easily with a game room on the
third floor. There are also 7 Buildings with pool that has 2 floors, which can
easily accommodate 8 to 10 persons.
There will also be a Pavilion for private functions that can accommodate 150
to 200 persons, a Beach Bar, and a High Ceiling Welcome lounge for your
guest. Model Units will be available on March 2023.
This Beach Club will be finished on September 2023.
