3 BEDROOM WITH 2 BATHROOM, COURTYARD - UNIT DETAILS:

*Our 3 bedroom maximum capacity is good upto 16pax.

*Check-in at 3pm and check-out time at 11am, early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability of the schedule of the unit.

*Towels, bodywash, shampoo, dishwashing liquid and toiletries are provided.

*There's a condo pool near in the building free access to all guests but close every tuesdays from 11am onwards for maintenance cleaning.

*There are no restaurant/s in SeaBreeze Verandas Condominium. That's why we highly suggest that you may bring your own food inside the unit. Restaurant/s are available inside the beach club, but you need to pay the entrance fee per head upon entry, but in case you want to take out food in the restaurant, you can directly ask assitance to the front desk officer in the beach club, they will allow you to order for a take out food.

*3 bedroom Courtyard Unit has 1.) TWO Queen size bed with pull out, 2.) ONE Double size bed with pull out, 3.) TWO Single bed with pull out. ONE single extra mattress and Sofa with pull out.

*While waiting for check-in time you can early access the beach club to enjoy its amenities. Beach opens at 7am until 6pm and other amenities opens at 7am until 10pm.

*Our FREE BEACH ACCESS PER NIGHT is LIMITED OFFER only and DURING HOLIDAYS we are NOT ALLOWED to give FREE beach access to our guest.

*FREE beach access is ONLY for ENTRANCE and NO INCLUSIONS but the PAYING guest access with inclusions of TOWEL ONLY.

*12months below and nanny are FREE in beach then 13months above are chargeable. ENTRANCE FEE in beach club starting on FEBRUARY 1, 2025 will be 1,500 per head/day

WEEKDAYS
1,500 for the 1st-30th guests
2,500 for the 31st guest onwards

WEEKENDS
1,500 for the 1st-15th guests
2,500 for the 16th guest onwards

*ON SUPER PEAK SEASON ( HOLY WEEK , EVERY OCTOBER 31st to NOVEMBER 2 and DECEMBER 24 to JANUARY 3) WE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GIVE FREE ACCESS TO OUR GUEST ALL GUEST ARE PAYING AND WE WILL SEND THE BEACH CLUB GUIDELINES DURING PEAK SEASON TO YOU IF YOUR RESERVATION DATE IS ON THE BRACKET DATES.

*We are requesting a SECURITY DEPOSIT to our guest and need to settle on or before your check-in. The deposit will be returned to you upon check-out if there are no damage/s, missing items, and repair needed in the unit after your stay. Please send the receipt/proof to me.
