Fully Furnished 3BR Condo for Rent at Marco Polo Residences

Three bedrooms on the Nivel Hills ridge, handed over with the furniture already in place. This 3 bedroom condo for rent in Lahug is a 90 sqm unit on the 10th floor at Marco Polo Residences, with gloss tile through the living areas, dark hardwood in the bedrooms, and a balcony that looks out over the treetops to the city.

The living and dining run as one open space to a timber kitchen with granite counters, a gas range under a stainless hood. Each bedroom takes built-in wardrobes and its own window dressed in zebra blinds, and one is set into a curved bay. Furthermore, the monthly rent already covers the condo dues. As a result, a tenant settles one figure each month instead of two.
