High-Floor 2 Bedroom Condo for Rent in Lahug at Marco Polo Residences

Two bedrooms on the 21st floor, handed over furnished and ready to move into. This 2 bedroom condo for rent in Lahug is an 88 sqm unit at Marco Polo Residences, with a mustard accent wall running the length of the living and dining area and floor-to-ceiling glass looking across to the neighbouring towers.

The living and dining share one open span that turns into a walnut timber kitchen, its upper doors set with frosted glass over black granite counters and a granite-topped peninsula with a double sink. The main bedroom takes wood-plank flooring and a desk by the window, a bank of white built-in wardrobes runs along one wall, and the second bedroom works as a guest room or a study. Furthermore, the monthly rent already covers the condo dues. As a result, a tenant settles one figure each month instead of two.
