OUR Bank, Inc.

One Unified Rural Bank of Cavite, Inc. (doing business under the name and style of OUR Bank) is the product of the consolidation of Rural Bank of General Trias, Inc., Rural Bank of Maragondon, Inc., Bangko Noveleta, Inc. (A Rural Bank), and Sto. Niño Rural Bank (Ternate, Cavite), Inc. under the Consolidation Program for Rural Banks (CPRB). This is the only approval made by the Monetary Board of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) under the CPRB program. BSP’s approval of the consolidation, as well as the granting of the Certificate of Authority to Operate to OUR Bank, marks a momentous milestone in the Philippine banking industry, particularly in the rural banking sector.

OUR Bank received the Certificate of Authority to Operate in February 6, 2020 which was presented by no less than BSP Governor Benjamin E. Diokno, together with BSP Financial Service Department (FSD) VIII Director Rosilio O. Prado, in a special ceremony held in the Office of the BSP Governor.

The CPRB is a joint program of BSP and the Philippine Deposits Insurance Corporation (PDIC), established in recognition of the need to further strengthen and enhance the viability of rural banks given their importance in providing essential financial services to the community, particularly in their specialized or niche markets, and in promoting financial inclusion and financial stability in the economy.
