I, Maria Luisa Ramirez Alversado (or MLRA), am ready to be of real estate service this 2025!
My vow of providing quality properties and efficient services apart from sharing real estate learning continues. My focus is in selling and leasing upper-middle & high-end pre-owned residential properties in Laguna and nearby areas. I am also accredited with respected developers such as Ayala. Aside from being a full-time freelance individual broker, I am also one of the owners of At Home Realty and Property Mgt. Corp. which provides after sales services such as construction, renovation, organic pest control, deep cleaning and RPT payment.
As one of the industry’s stewards, my thrust to educate fellow practitioners and non-practitioners in real estate also continues as a PRC CPD Lecturer and as the author of 2 books (A Broker's Vow and A Broker's Vow 2.0) in real estate selling, management and co-brokering. To further professionalize real estate selling in our area, I also helped launch STAREB (or Santa Rosa City Realty Board Association Inc.), one of the newest members of PAREB.
