I focus on online marketing and promoting rental property listings to help connect property owners and licensed broker partners with people looking for a place to rent. My role is to promote listings, respond to initial inquiries, and refer interested prospective renters to the appropriate owner or licensed broker for the next steps.
I have completed certification courses and training with the Filipino Virtual Assistance Academy (FVAA), where I also became a member. My training has helped me develop practical skills in online marketing, virtual assistance, freelancing, and related areas.
Through LEASE.METROCONDO, my goal is to help rental listings reach more potential renters while making it easier for people to discover available properties online.
I believe in honest communication, responsible online marketing, and making the initial connection simple and convenient. All property transactions and licensed real-estate services are handled by the appropriate property owner or licensed real-estate professional.
