Hi , my name is Klaus Dieter Jaehn, for short just Dieter.

I am from Hamburg, in the north of Germany and I have been living here in the beautiful Philippines for almost 27 years.

I enjoy the great weather here and I love the friendliness and kindness of the people in this great country!

My main business is the trading of pre loved vehicles from Germany, mainly Mercedes Benz, we operate a showroom and a specialized repairshop, called German Auto Traders at Southwoods, near Alabang.

Another industry I am passionate about is real estate, I love to meet new and interesting people in this sector and I enjoy to go the extra mile in providing the best possible customer experience for my clients, who come from all walks of life.

I enjoy interacting, selling and buying properties of all segments, may it be a condominium, a piece of land, a commercial property or a house and lot.

Many of the properties I am offering here are either owned by very close friends or family, but I do also accept new clients, who appreciate the extra effort I excert in order to locate a buyer or seller.

Due to the fact that I am German , many foreigners like to work with me, taking advantage of my existing local network and I do my very best to be the connecting link, finalizing a good deal on a win win basis.
