The Central Park

South Park Corporate Center

On top of the mall is South Park Corporate Center, which will serve as an office to cater to the booming BPO industry. Also, a transport terminal will service commuters to the development.

The retail and office components will complement the integrated community providing an ideal live-work-play environment.

Residential - Avida Towers Altura

Rising first is Avida Towers Altura, a residential condominium development fronting National Road. ‘Altura’ is named after a high grade coffee bean that recalls the history of the site as a former coffee factory.
