123 hectares titled Aramaywan beach, Quezon, Palawan (RUSH SALE)

Our titled Aramaywan beach is at 122 km from Puerto Princesa City center through the highway along the West Philippine sea. The area being only recently developped, the population density is low and the pollution is very minimal.

The nature helps us. There are no active fault line in Palawan and no earthquakes. This part of Palawan experience vey few typhoons. Since we purchased the area 25 years ago, we experienced only 2 typhoons of whom “Odette” a few years ago. Residents of Boracay or Mindoro could be jealous of us...

The 123 hectares beach is located in Barocan, Aramaywan, Quezon, Palawan. The beach front is 1,474 meters. Several resorts or subdivision can be created in it. A 2 kilometers barangay road connects the beach to the poblacion of Aramaywan in the North. A 2 km boat ride or foot trail connect it the pier of Balintang in the South.

Tabon Caves, the oldest or second oldest human settlement of the Philippines is located at only 19 km southwest of the beach. The site is in process to be declared World Heritage Monument by the Unesco.

Nasirik Island, one of the most beautiful islands of the Philippines, is located just northwest of the beach and of the nearby Double Island. They are surrounded by a live coral reef. The area is protected. 3 fishes and a turtles sanctuaries exist already.

Despite far of the pollution, the area is no more secluded. The electricity is arrived. The Globe and Smart telecom tower are there and provide the internet access. The national highway connecting the poblacion and the pier to Puerto Princesa is fully cemented.

We are trusting so much in Quezon, Palawan that we are keeping 10 hectares just South of the beach. There, we are developping a subdivision.

Under reserve of 10 hectares in the back, the whole property is titled. All the front lots and the majority of the back lots are classified as "commercial" by the Assessors' Office and the municipality. Our price of 440,000,000 pesos is negociable in case of fast sale. The amount could look expensive but this is only 356.6 pesos per m2. We are open to a partnership with an investor.
