A 2 kilometers barangay road connects the beach to the poblacion of Aramaywan in the North. A 2 km boat ride or foot trail connect it the pier of Balintang in the South.
Tabon Caves, the oldest or second oldest human settlement of the Philippines is located at only 19 km southwest of the beach. The site is in process to be declared World Heritage Monument by the Unesco.
Nasirik Island, one of the most beautiful islands of the Philippines, is located just northwest of the beach and of the nearby Double Island. They are surrounded by a live coral reef. The area is protected. 3 fishes and a turtles sanctuaries exist already.
Despite far of the pollution, the area is no more secluded. The electricity is arrived. The Globe and Smart telecom tower are there and provide the internet access. The national highway connecting the poblacion and the pier to Puerto Princesa is fully cemented.
