The Villa has three levels: The ground level that has an area of 63 square meters; it is an independent apartment with an air-conditioned bedroom, a bathroom, a minibar, dining area, a living room with a TV set, and a completely furnished kitchen.

The upper floor has two parts (both having an area of 80square meters) the most upper part is the attic; where the master bedroom is located. The lower part, on the other hand, has a guest room, living room, kitchen, and minibar. Each level has Balconies with a view facing the ocean. It is currently being managed by BoracayVillas wherein it has 1 designated caretaker who takes care of the house, especially if there are guests.
