STEP 2: SCHEDULE A FREE VISIT
We know that it is important for the homebuyers to see the actual location of the property and the turn-over model. We conduct free site viewings daily on weekdays and weekends, both morning or afternoon trips. We provide a tripping vehicle and pick-up points for the convenience of our homebuyers.
We require that we are informed a day before for the desired site viewing date with the following information: full name, preferred house model, number of passengers, pick up point and time.
STEP 3: CHOOSE A UNIT
Homebuyers can choose from our house models at based on their needs and requirements. After choosing a specific unit, we proceed to holding the unit to ensure that it will not be booked by other buyers.
STEP 4: RESERVE A UNIT
Upon choosing a unit, reservation will follow in which the homebuyer will fill out the Buyer’s Information Sheet and Reservation Agreement, along with the payment of the reservation fee. This will reserve the unit under the homebuyer’s name for 45 days.
Reservation fee is non-refundable.
STEP 5: START MONTHLY DOWNPAYMENT
We offer easy and budget-friendly down payment terms. The total down payment will be divided into 12-15 months under pre-selling scheme or 6 months for ready-for-occupancy units, with 0% interest. First monthly down payment will be paid 30-45 days upon unit reservation.
STEP 6: COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS AND LOAN APPROVAL
Homebuyers should submit all the requirements within 60 days upon reservation in order to process the loan application which will be handled by the developer.
STEP 7: INSPECT THE UNIT & MOVE IN
A Notice of Completion which also states that the unit is ready for inspection will be sent to the homebuyer. Upon inspection and repairs made based on the punch listed items, the homebuyer will sign the acceptance form and will receive the unit keys within the day.
